Panda Game Manufacturing provides comprehensive manufacturing services with a focus on customer satisfaction. From our component consultations to our proofs and materials checkpoints, we make sure we understand our clients needs and deliver a smooth production experience.

1. Consultation

Our production process starts with a review of your game specifications to help us understand your production needs and to help you decide on the right materials for your components. Between our printing facilities and our extensive network of wood and plastic providers, we can source almost any components you need for your game.

2. Contract & Down Payment

We will send you a contract which clearly explains the materials, quantities and production terms as well as a down payment invoice.

3. Pre-press File Review

Our pre-press team will analyze each of your files and ensure that they are print ready. During this stage, we may require you to make adjustments to your files to resolve common issues. A pre-press review typically takes 2 to 3 weeks but will vary with each project.

4. Proof & Materials Checkpoint

Before we start production, we will send you a set of full color proofs as well as an unprinted prototype. This will be the final checkpoint to ensure that you are satisfied with your files and game specifications.

5. Production

Once proofs and materials are approved, we will move forward with production. Our typical production time is 45 to 60 days but will vary with the complexity of each project.

6. Advance Copy Review

The first completed copy of your game will be express delivered to you free of charge. If you would like to take this opportunity to send your game to reviewers or distributors, additional advance copies may be ordered as well.

7. Production Completion & Balance Payment

Upon completion of production, the balance payment will be required. If any additional components are left over from the production process, we will include these in your shipment for free.

8. Shipping

Whether you would like to arrange your own shipping, have your products delivered to the port of your choice, or have them delivered straight to your warehouse, Panda can help you with your shipping arrangements.

9. Testing

As an optional service, we can facilitate the testing of your product through Centre Testing International (CTI) to ensure that it is approved for import to the United States and Europe.
